England Pro Am Women's Chowder Cup
The Florida Eels are thrilled to announce that they will be hosting two teams in the New England Pro Am Women’s Chowder Cup this year. The dates are June 6th – 8th 2025. The venues for this event will be the Foxboro Sports Center, Foxboro MA; the Canton Ice House, Canton, MA; and the New England Sports Village in Attleboro, MA. The Pro Am Chowder Cup is the most prestigious post season showcase in North America. It has a 40 plus year legacy advancing thousands of players to the next level, including prep school, college and professional hockey.
The event garners a plethora of scouts and coaches from across the USA and Canada who are looking for players for their prep school and college teams. The venue offers unprecedented exposure for its players capturing so much visibility for its particapants. Moreover, the experience of playing with and against some of the premier girls from across the USA, Canada, Europe and Asia.
The Eels teams have been one of the most active programs in the Pro Am Showcases averaging over 12 teams each season in the various age groups. This season, at the Girls Division, the Eels will be hosting two teams: one team will be a team in the Girls U14 division and the other will be U16 team. In addition to the showcase games, each team will have a practice in Massachusetts and we will have an extra scrimmage to help better prepare our players for the games.
Spots are very limited so if you are interested, please register as soon as possible. Goalie spots are by invite only so you would have to send a hockey resume prior to acceptance. All players will be responsible for their own food, lodging and transportation to the showcase. The fee for the showcase is $425.00 which includes the fee of $400.00 plus $25.00 for your jersey. There will be no refunds.
