The Eels Elite team is chomping at the bits waiting to play tonight’s game. They have been seeing their brothers on the Empire team in games in Tampa and they are so anxious to get going themselves. . This is game One on their road to the second season: The Playoffs. Coach Bloomingburg has been working very hard fine-tuning his team’s efforts. They have been working overtime in preparing for this series.
It is Showtime now. We have trained all year long in the regular season: Three hours a day, 1 ½ hours a day on ice, another 1 & ½ hours off ice at World Gym and Forty regular season games.
What people don’t realize is that the regular season games are all training games. Yes training games for the 2nd season, which are the PLAYOFFS. This is what the Eels do best. For the last 2 years the Elite team won the Florida and Southern Division championships and earned the right to play in the frozen 4-league championship. The difference this year is truly intends to take it all. We all feel it taste it and live it.
The Eels have one of the largest fan base in Tier III Jr. A hockey. We appreciate your support and attendance. Please come out and join us at the games. Let us rock the Skatium. There will be the Edison Light Show earlier that evening so plan to be at the rink by 6:30 pm. Route 41 Cleveland Ave will be closed so you need to come in by Broadway.
