The Florida Eels are thrilled to announce the Signing of forward  Kayde Bugdell to the Florida Eels Premier team.

Bugdell is from Sylvan Lake, AB, CAN  He is 5’9” 150 lbs. forward who shoots right. He is an extremely gifted player with very strong skill set. He is an explosive skater. He plays with a high compete level. Has a high hockey IQ. Very good with and without the puck. Relentless on the fore-check and aggressive on puck retrieval.  Our Canadian Scouts love the way he plays. He has an unwavering commitment to his team and very determined to bring his game and team to the Next Level.

Kayde has played in solid leagues in Canada and this has spoken volumes in his player development. Indeed, he has garnered very impressive stats. In 169 games he scored 81 goals and notched 98 assists for 179 points averaging over 1 point per game. Moreover, at the U18 level in 63 games he scored 36 goals and 45 assists for 81 points averaging 1.26 points per game. This has impressed the Eels coaches. We know his fortitude, determination and unwavering compete level. The Eels coaches  strongly believe we can harness those intangibles and ripen him into major impact player in Juniors and as a college player.

Kayde has so much upside. In addition to his high-level skill set, he possess impeccable character. He is an extremely hard worker and dedicated to his craft. He is a true team player. A Selfless and humble individual who fits perfectly in the Eels system. We welcome Kayde to the Eels family.
