Florida Eels alumni Jonathan Carlson returns to his roots and joins the Eels coaching staff this Fall as the Defensive Coach for the Premier squad. Jonathan was one of the Eels most skilled players having scored more than 41 goals and 124 assists for 165 points in 180 games. He was an outstanding defenseman for the Florida Eels. He had incredible skill set. Multiple time League All Star, Team All Star, selected as Player of the Week and Player of the Month numerous times. He Led his team to several National debuts including the Finals

Carlson went off to play at NCAA Div. III at Arura University in Illinois.  He returned home to work in the medical field.  He has worked with the Eels Premier team over the past several years and now has taken on the role as the Premier team’s Defensive coach alongside of Head Coach Frank Scarpaci. We are very excited about Jonathan coming on board.  We have some unfinished business to do here. We have some very talented Defensemen joining us this season and Jonathan’s skill and experience will prove invaluable.
