Both the Florida Eels and the Atlanta Mad Hatters came out engines blazing on Sunday’s November 3rd game. Both teams continued to battle for control of the offensive zone and the ability to claim the first goal in the game. With an impressive defensive regime presented on both sides, both the Florida Eels and the Atlanta Mad Hatters went two and half periods without being able to score a goal. At 14:48, the Atlanta Mad Hatters broke the goalless barrier, and claimed the one and only goal of the game. The Florida Eels battled hard to tie up the game; however, time soon ticked out and the Atlanta Mad Hatters claimed a 1-0 win over the Florida Eels.
The Eels head back to Florida, to rest, recover, train and prepare for their quick turn-around to Fort Wayne Indiana for a showcase later this week.
