Florida Eels Premier and Elite head to Palm Beach Skate Zone to take on the Palm Beach Typhoon once again, this Thursday, December 12th. The Florida Eels had their last game November 22nd, against the Tampa Bay Juniors before their Thanksgiving Break. The Eels have returned rejuvenated and have dug their skates firmly in the ice over the past two weeks as they rally for the next few weeks of hockey. The Eels are ready to make their mark this week and continue to keep rolling over the next few weeks!
The Eels Premier currently sit in third place in the Florida Division with 27 points. They will take on the Palm Beach Typhoon on Thursday December 12th. They will return to prepare for their make up game on December 19th against the Bold City Battalion. The Battalion currently sit in second place with 30 points. Double win against Palm Beach and the Battalion would propel them into second place behind the Tampa Bay Juniors who currently sit in first with 34 points.
The Eels Elite currently sit in second place with 27 points, behind the first place division holders Tampa Bay Juniors with 33 points. A win against Palm Beach would increase the Eels Elite’s point deficient and allow them to make a further climb up the latter toward a first place division hold in Florida.
Regardless, the Eels motto, remains the same “one game, one period, one shift at a time”. The Eels work during each moment of play, as they strive to achieve their goals.
