The Florida Eels Premier team with another excellent win over the Twin City Thunder from Maine. The Eels back up at the Advent Health Center Ice continued with their offensive tent attack scoring 5 goals today, 6 on Monday and 5 on Sunday for 16 in their last 3 games. Moreover, the Eels only allowed a stingy 2 goals in the last 3 contests. The team is playing to whole new level both offensively and defensively. All the players are buying in and it is showing on the ice. The forecheck has been relentless. The backchecking is smothering. The boys are playing with precision like performing surgery. Moreover, the attitude is great. The big difference from the two losses against the Atlanta Madhatters is the players are competing well. You can see it from line one to line four. They are hungry thirsty and very determined every shift of every period.

The boys are unleashing a plethora of shots but not cheating for offense. That would be a recipe for disaster. We must keep our eye on the big picture: Playoffs and Nationals. It is not enough to win during the regular season. It is not our goal or mission to blow opposing teams away. We want to play a certain way. To win a certain way
The boys return back to Fort Myers for two days of regular practice and a game back home on Sunday vs the NY Aviators. Then next week we travel back up to Advent Health to conclude the Hub City with a game vs the Jersey Hitmen.
Be sure to tune in to tune in this week for some live interviews with some of the new faces on the Eels and with interviews with some familiar faces.
