Connor Annett returns to the Florida Eels after a one-year hiatus where he went back to Canada to play junior hockey last season. Connor rejoins the Eels this season and we look to him to return with even greater determination vigor and spirit than ever before. Connor was one of our go to guys two years ago. A major contributor on the power play and penalty kill. He is a high-energy extremely fast player who drives to the net. He is a goal scorer. Plain and simple. He is hungry as they get.

Conner is a great character kid. He plays with a lot of heart. He plays with that Toronto – Boston style of play. An attitude on the ice. We love the fact that he is returning to the Eels.  He will add scoring to the line up. Coupled with some of our returning veteran players and some additional signees we think the Eels once again will be an offensive threat several lines deep.

Annett’s speed is another key asset and ingredient to his game. He has explosive power in all three zones and takes advantage of lazy or ill prepared opponents. Before you realize it he is gone and on top of your goalie. Again the Eels have a ½ dozen guys just like Annett this year so we will once again play that high tempo game to wear down the opposition.
